<br />INVESTIGATION OF ABATEMENT APPLICATION <br /> <br />ABATEMENTS 4262, 4263, 4264 <br /> <br />Following is a report on the investigation of the abatement application of: Leroy Ista Estate <br /> <br />Cass County Board of Commissioners and State Tax Commissioner: <br /> <br />Rosemary Olson, personal representative of the Leroy Ista Estate, is asking that the valuation on <br />Lots 3, 20, & 21, Bk 8 Meadowbrook Park Subdivision, Mapleton Twp be reduced to $7,500 per <br />year for the past three years. The property was valued at $38,000 for 2002, $40,200 for 2003 and <br />$43,200 for 2004. Ms. Olson states that the best offer that she received for the property is <br />$7,500. The Mapleton Twp Board and Assessor recommended approval of the application. <br /> <br />On December 30, 2004 I did view the property. The property is located just west of the West <br />Fargo city limits and north ofl-94. The property consists of two vacant mobile homes and <br />attached garages.
