Commission Minutes--January 3, 2005 2841 DEPARTMENT HEADS: PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS JANUARY 3, 2005 1. MEETING TO ORDER Chairman Darrell Vanyo called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM with four members present as follows: Scott Wagner, Ken Pawluk, Darrell Vanyo and Robyn Sorum. Vern Bennett was absent. 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Robyn Sorum led the Pledge of Allegiance at this time. 3. MINUTES APPROVED MOT/ON, passed Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. 4. AGENDA, Order approved MOT/ON, passed Mr. Wagner moved and Mr. Pawluk seconded to approve the order of the agenda with the addition of a contract with the North Dakota Association of Counties for technical service and with Qwest Corporation for local telephone service. Motion carried. 5. PLEDGE OF ASSETS APPROVED/BANK DEPOSITORIES DESIGNATED MOTION, passed Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to approve the pledge of assets and designate bank depositories submitted by the Cass County Treasurer as follows: On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
