<br />11/22/2004 <br /> <br />RECEIVED <br /> <br />Cass County Commission <br />PO Box 2806 <br />Fargo, ND 58108 <br /> <br />Nav 24 2004 <br /> <br />CASS COUNTY COMMISSJON <br /> <br />Re: Bow Hunting Permission-County Owned Property. <br /> <br />Keith Berndt instructed me to request from the commission permission to hunt the county <br />owned property along the Red River in the Orchard Glen & Forest River areas. <br /> <br />I am a resident of the Round Hill division to the south of these areas. <br /> <br />Before it was owned by the county the previous land owners would grant permission, for bow hunting. <br /> <br />I would like to seek permission for myself, <br />:;.36-9{;t1Þ <br />Dan Harwood, Nicholas Ziegler, Halder Thompson to hunt these properties. <br /> <br />We very seldom all hunt at the same time, due to work, school etc. <br /> <br />The deer problem will continue to grow along the Red River corridor as Fargo moves south, we are already seeing/having more <br />car deer incidents on Cass 81. <br /> <br />We are responsible hunters, and will treat the property with respect. <br /> <br />If you have any questions or wish to contact me call <br /> <br />Dale Ziegler -701-293-7926 <br />1630 Round Hill Drive <br />Fargo, ND 58104 <br /> <br />c}. 19D<-- ~ <br />
