Tom has <br />extensive experience in the computation and analysis of hydrologic and hydraulic data for <br />the development of waterway studies and risk assessments, Tom is totally familiar with <br />the operation and use of the HEC-2, WSPRO, and HY-8 computer programs, and has <br />participated in educational courses at the University of Wisconsin at Madison in their use, <br />Tom utilizes this expertise in providing assistance and recommendations to clients in the <br />selection of appropriate structures for highway improvement projects, <br /> <br />Tom also has considerable experience in the design and supervision of plan <br />preparation for culvert replacement projects and grading and roadway improvement <br />projects. He is responsible for assuring that the designs comply with client requirements <br />and the applicable Federal, State, Local and Company requirements. Tom also prepares <br />construction specifications and detailed cost estimates for these projects. <br /> <br />Carroll and Lange, Inc" Lakewood, Colorado - 8 years. Tom designed and <br />supervised the preparation of construction plans for commercial, institutional, municipal, <br />and residential developments, Also designed several major arterial roadway <br />improvement projects, involving both new construction and rehabilitation projects. <br />Expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, grading, roadway, sanitary, water and <br />storm sewer design. Also experienced in water distribution systems, sewer interceptors, <br />and channelization design.
