As the person that coordinates Cass County's insurance <br />policy, would you please look the language in that paragraph and <br />suggest either to Dave, or me, whether we need any changes in our <br />policy to address that paragraph. If so, do you suggest trying to alter <br />the terms of the lease agreement, or simply getting a special binder <br />from the insurance provider. <br /> <br />Thanks for your input.
