In our travels, we contacted three West Fargo liquor establishments, and we also had six liquor establishments that were located outside in the County. v.Je also had along with us, an 18 year old male individual as our purchaser. At approximately 7:16 we arrived at the Leonard Sandhills Golf Course which is located at 15141 52~ Street Southeast, Leonard. Our purchaser walked in by himself, and noticed he had to wal k around into the building. CHIEF DEPUTY ELLINGSBERG followed him in. Approximately five minutes later, the under-age purchaser walked back to our vehicle. CHIEF DEPUTY ELLINGSBERG was still inside the establishment when I went in. The purchaser attempted and did purchase a :2 ounce can of Bud Light. ¡'vhen I arrived into the building, CHIEF DEPUTY ELLINGSBERG was identifying himself and explained what happened as she had sold to a minor. The subject's name is: NAME: CONNIE LaCHANCE ADDRESS: 5398 150 Avenue H PHONE: 645-2268 DOB: 08/07/62 SSN: 469-78-6609 SE, Leonard, NO CHIEF DEPUTY ELLINGSBERG stated that she did card the individual, but did not do the math correctly. CONNIE stated that this was her first offense, and she normally cards everyone that comes in. It should also be known that the beer was returned to the Leonard Sandhills Golf Course and we were refunded the $2.25 that it cost. At this time I would like to conclude this report.
