<br />QUIT CLAIM DEED

<br />THIS INDENTURE, made this 15th day of November, 2004, between Cass County
<br />Government, of the State of North Dakota, Grantor, whether one or more, and Peter A. Nygaard,
<br />Grantee, whether one or more, whose post office address is 804 S 10th St, Fargo NO 58103.
<br />
<br />WITNESSETH, For and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good
<br />and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor does hereby QUIT
<br />CLAIM to the Grantee all of the following right, title, interest, claim or demand which the Grantor
<br />may have in the real property lying and being in the County of Cass, State of North Dakota, and
<br />described as follows, to-wit:

<br />Apartment Unit A-1 Anthony Square, a condominium erected on Lots 14,15,
<br />16,17,18,19, and 20, and the West 100 feet of Lots 21,22,23,24 and 1 in
<br />Block N, Charles A. Robert's Addition to the City of Fargo, as set forth and
<br />described in the Declaration Establishing a Plan for Condominium ownership
<br />dated December 19, 1972, filed for record December 20, 1972, at 1 :47 o'clock
<br />P.M. in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Cass County, North Dakota, and
<br />recorded in Book Y-5 of Miscellaneous, page 245, together with and subject to
<br />all easement right of record and the undivided interest in the common
<br />elements declared in the Declaration of Condominium to be appurtenant to
<br />such apartment.
