<br />QUIT CLAIM DEED <br /> <br />THIS INDENTURE, made this 15th day of November, 2004, between Cass County <br />Government, of the State of North Dakota, Grantor, whether one or more, and Peter A. Nygaard, <br />Grantee, whether one or more, whose post office address is 804 S 10th St, Fargo NO 58103. <br /> <br />WITNESSETH, For and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good <br />and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor does hereby QUIT <br />CLAIM to the Grantee all of the following right, title, interest, claim or demand which the Grantor <br />may have in the real property lying and being in the County of Cass, State of North Dakota, and <br />described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Apartment Unit A-1 Anthony Square, a condominium erected on Lots 14,15, <br />16,17,18,19, and 20, and the West 100 feet of Lots 21,22,23,24 and 1 in <br />Block N, Charles A.
