<br />The <br /> <br />Board <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />County <br /> <br />Commissioners <br /> <br />next <br /> <br />took <br /> <br />under <br /> <br />consideration <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />question <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />establishment <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />street <br /> <br />improvement district for the County of Casso <br /> <br />Commissioner Ja,Y\j" <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CREATING STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2004-1 <br />OF THE COUNTY OF CASS, NORTH DAKOTA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Nick Gludt, a Registered Professional Engineer, is <br />the Engineer for the project, and the Board of County Commissioners <br />has consulted with him relating to the establishment, size and form <br />and other matters with regard to Street Improvement District <br />No. 2004-1 of the County of Cass; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to establish <br />improvement district within the said County of Casso <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />street <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved as follows: <br /> <br />That there is hereby created Street Improvement District <br />No. 2004-1 of the County of Cass, North Dakota, the boundaries of <br />which shall be as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 1-5, Block 1; Lots 1-7, Block 2; Lots 1-12, Block 3; <br />and Lots 1-4, Block 4, Greyhawk Subdivision; and Lot 1, <br />Block 1, Altenburg Acres Subdivision, Cass County, North <br />Dakota. <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />~¥& Ç;'7?Lvn <br /> <br />Chair o~ Boar of County <br />Commissioners <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />L£t?,. <LIR:~~ ~ ß~' <br />/~tnty Auditor <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by commissioner~.
