The Board of County Commissioners next took under consideration the question of the establishment of a street improvement district for the County of Casso Commissioner Ja,Y\j" and moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution RESOLUTION CREATING STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2004-1 OF THE COUNTY OF CASS, NORTH DAKOTA WHEREAS, Nick Gludt, a Registered Professional Engineer, is the Engineer for the project, and the Board of County Commissioners has consulted with him relating to the establishment, size and form and other matters with regard to Street Improvement District No. 2004-1 of the County of Cass; and WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to establish improvement district within the said County of Casso a street NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved as follows: That there is hereby created Street Improvement District No. 2004-1 of the County of Cass, North Dakota, the boundaries of which shall be as follows: Lots 1-5, Block 1; Lots 1-7, Block 2; Lots 1-12, Block 3; and Lots 1-4, Block 4, Greyhawk Subdivision; and Lot 1, Block 1, Altenburg Acres Subdivision, Cass County, North Dakota.
