<br />Commissioner Yan_~o <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DIRECTING ENGINEER TO PREPARE REPORT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of the <br />County of Cass, deeming it necessary to make certain improvements <br />consisting of asphalt surfacing of streets and all other <br />appurtenances, contrivances and structures used or useful in <br />connection with the above specified improvements, be constructed <br />and made in Street Improvement District No. 2004-1 of the County of <br />Cass, the County hereby directs Nick Gludt, the Engineer for the <br />project and being a competent engineer, to prepare a report as to <br />the general nature, purpose and feasibility of the proposed <br />improvement and an estimate of the probable cost of the work. <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />Qhd~ <br /> <br />Chalr - of Board of County <br />Commissioners <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />/fc ~ <br />il ~~ -/- ¿'lcP þ-ç;~?: ~ - <br />County Aú itor <br /> <br />duly <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />seconded by Commissioner ßtnne- -f-l On roll call vote <br />Van 0 <br /> <br /> <br />the following commissioners voted aye: <br /> <br />_11'ì f' JC: \1') 50 vu m <br />following commissioners voted nay: <br /> <br />.
