The rates recommended are for the Charlotte Sandvik current health plan with the same percentage of participation between the county and 701-241-5611 the employees. The rates are 9.71%higher than they are for 2014 and reflect changes in the health care industry. The rates approved fund the program at the "expected Director of costs" of the self-insurance program. The actual cost of the program will depend on the usage of the health care benefits.
