c. Permit for calendar raffle-Hickson Community Days Committee

No. 505 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the Hickson Community Days Committee has made application to the Board of Cass County Commissioners of the County of Cass for permission to conduct a game of chance; and WHEREAS, said game of chance is to be conducted January 1, 2015, through December 31, 2015, at the Knickerbocker Liquor Locker in Hickson, North Dakota; and WHEREAS, the sworn statement of facts contained in the application of the Hickson Community Days Committee for such permit indicates the Hickson Community Days Committee is qualified and eligible to conduct a game of chance in accordance with the laws of the State of North Dakota; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Cass County: That the Hickson Community Days Committee is hereby authorized to conduct a game of chance on January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015; and that the nature of the game authorized to be conducted is: Calendar Raffle .
