4. Personnel policy manual review

HANDBOOK MAINTENANCE PROGRAM ❑The fee for this service is $250 per year for client's primary state and$25 per year for review of each additional state identified in the original Employee Handbook Service Agreement. The fee for any additional state added at the time of maintenance review is $250 per state; thereafter the fee to review the additional states will be $25 a year, per state. This Agreement is automatically renewed and will be invoiced annually. Associated Financial Group reserves the right to change the maintenance fee for future years of service. The service agreement period will begin 12 months after the final draft of the employee handbook is delivered by Associated Financial Group. Associated Financial Group will: • Update handbook language when relevant changes occur in federal or state law • Update handbook language when changes in the number of employees or the way business is conducted requires additional provisions or policies previously not applicable to your business • Change or add policies that are needed to improve the operation of your company Client will: • Annually complete and return the Associated Financial Group Handbook Maintenance Questionnaire. • Inform us of needed policy changes so Associated Financial Group may make revisions.
