Associated Financial Group EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK SERVICE AGREEMENT ASSOCIATED FINANCIAL GROUP'S CUSTOMER SERVICE GUARANTEE Our work is guaranteed to the complete satisfaction of the customer. If you are not completely satisfied with the services provided by Associated Financial Group, we will, at your option, refund the price or accept a portion of the price that reflects your level of satisfaction. SERVICES INCLUDED: 0 Meeting with one of our HR Consultants (via phone or in-person) to complete the handbook questionnaire and discuss issues and concerns related to the handbook 0 Developing a rough draft of handbook for your review ll Preparing a final version after review and discussion 0 An electronic copy of the final handbook in Microsoft Word format Associated Financial Group also offers an annual Handbook Maintenance service, through which, for a low annual fee, we can keep your handbook legally and practically compliant well into the future. See the last page for more information! TERMS: All fees under this Agreement are due and payable at the time this Agreement is signed and returned, and work will not be started until the fees are paid in full. Clients who submit payment at the time they return the signed service agreement will be promptly put on a consultant's schedule. Clients not submitting payment at the same time as the signed service agreement, will be invoiced, and will be expected to submit payment within 30 days of receipt of the invoice in order to be put on a consultant's schedule. The fees listed below include full compliance with federal employment laws, as well as the specific employment laws of one state. If you have locations in multiple states, we can include compliance with those states' laws in our drafting services, as well. The fee for doing so is $250 per state. For employers with union collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), we can go through the CBA and coordinate it with the handbook for a fee of$300 per contract. Please note that Client may be required to return all materials, including manuals, written reports, and any training and consulting supplies provided by Associated Financial Group, before a refund is issued under the Customer Service Guarantee.
