Following discussions with Launette Figliuzzi, I have concluded that <br /> it may be advisable to ask our salary consultant to review the position for <br /> possible reclassification prior to moving forward with an advertisement. <br /> Further, the other positions within the office appear to be somewhat <br /> outdated and could benefit from a review.
