As we discussed <br /> at North Dakota Association of Counties (NDACo) annual conference last year, your federal aid <br /> balance needed to be adjusted to reflect actual available federal funds.NDDOT Local <br /> Government division worked with the NDACo to ensure that adjustments were distributed fairly. <br /> Please review your enclosed program sheet and make any project changes or updates as needed. <br /> Please bring a signed and updated copy to our NDACo meetings. <br /> NDACo will be having their annual conference in Bismarck from Sunday October 12 to Tuesday <br /> October 14. NDDOT Local Government Division staff will be available Monday and Tuesday to <br /> discuss the county federal aid program. During our meeting, we will review the program sheets, <br /> identify future projects, discuss funding alternatives, discuss project development schedules, and <br /> discuss estimated project costs. Please note, the attached program sheet does not list projects that <br /> will be state funded with HB 1358 funds. <br /> If you have not already scheduled a meeting time on Monday or Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., <br /> please call our Administrative Assistant Sara Helm at(701)328-2540.
