We are requesting a lease for the property adjacent to our property that was previously owned by Bruce and Mary Anderson and now owned by the county.This property is between our property and the one we currently lease.Our use of the property would be the same as it is for the above described lease (2 horses grazing in temporary fencing)with our mowing the property as needed and keeping it visually appealing to our neighbors. As noted by Jason Benson,County Engineer; our personal use of the property will eliminate expense to the county due to mowing.We look forward to this opportunity and hope that this additional lease request will be approved.
