NOTICE FOR WEED CUTTING <br /> In accordance with the North Dakota Century Code, it is the duty of landowners or operators <br /> with land adjoining regularly traveled county and township highways to mow weeds and <br /> grasses on the said road right of way. The cutting shall be performed by the owner or <br /> operator between August 30 and October 1, 2014. The minimum cut width shall be 12 feet <br /> from the edge of the roadway. The maximum height of the remaining stubble shall be four <br /> inches.
