NOTICE TO COMPETITORS OF HEARING <br /> ON APPLICATION FOR PROPERTY TAX INCENTIVES <br /> Notice is hereby given that the County Commission of Cass County, North Dakota will <br /> meet at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, June 16, 2014, in the Commission Room, Cass County <br /> Courthouse, 211 9th Street South, Fargo, North Dakota, to consider the application of <br /> City View Fuel, LLC for property tax relief on a project which the applicant will use for a <br /> new convenience store with fuel islands and bulk fuel storage located in the SW 1/4 of <br /> Section 34, Township 137 North, Range 55 West in Cass County. <br /> Any competitor of that applicant may appear and be heard by the Cass County <br /> Commission at the time and place designated herein.
