Box 2806 <br /> Fargo, ND 58108 <br /> SUBJECT: CHRISAN ESTATES 2ND SUBDIVISION ROAD FUND PETITION <br /> Dear Mr. Montplaisir: <br /> Attached is a petition Stanley Township Board of Supervisors received from the residents <br /> of Chrisan Estates 2nd Subdivision at our monthly meeting held this evening. The <br /> undersigned residents have requested Stanley Township be designated as the custodian of <br /> the funds in an account dedicated for Chrisan's development roadway. The petition states <br /> that Stanley Township has been providing year-round road maintenance since this <br /> development was established and they feel the entity providing this service should be <br /> assigned as the principle manager of their account. <br /> A motion to release the funds from the Cass County Auditor's Department and place <br /> funds in a separate account managed by Stanley Township dedicated for Chrisan's 2nd <br /> Road Fund was made by Supervisor, James Carlson and second by Supervisor, Todd <br /> Ellig.
