RESOLUTION RECORD <br /> RESOLUTION ALLOWING CLAIMS & ORDERING PAYMENT THEREOF <br /> WHEREAS, the County Auditor, Michael Montplaisir, has audited and the <br /> departments have approved the following claims against the County of Cass, and have <br /> certified that such claims are properly payable by the said County, and that the said <br /> County Auditor has verified such claims to be paid and has satisfied himself that such <br /> bills and claims are proper charges against the County of Cass; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the County Commissioners of the County <br /> of Cass, North Dakota, that the following bills and claims be and thereby are, ordered <br /> but paid out of the following funds; <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and hereby is <br /> authorized and directed to draw warrants for the above claims from the respective funds <br /> as herein indicated, and that the County Auditor be, and he hereby is, authorized to <br /> execute and deliver such warrants. <br /> The above and foregoing resolution was offere at a regular meeting of the <br /> County Commissioners held on the 2- day of < , 20by <br /> Commissioner Cr 40 , who mov its adoption, was seconded by <br /> Commissioner '{ 7/.,.se_ , and adopted by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: s <br /> Nays: c) <br /> WHEREUPON, the resolution was duly declared adopted. <br /> Approved: <br /> County Auditor <br /> J:\AUDITOR\WORDEN\VOUCHER RESOLUTION RECORD.doc <br />
