State's Attorney Jason Benson Department heads met today to review the most current CPI data for all Highway Engineer urban consumers in the Midwest region for communities with populations of 50,000 to 1,500,000. The relevant information is included on Table 4 Paul Laney (CPI-U) of the report and based on that report, department heads Sheriff recommend a 2% COLA increase to the Cass County salary scale for 2015. If you recall, the North Dakota Public Employees Retirement System Dave Rogness (NDPERS) suffered market losses beginning in 2008, and in an effort to help Emergency Manager the state retirement system, the state legislature had passed a law to increase the contributions made by governmental entities by 2% for 2012- Launette Figliuzzi 2014.
