The intended use of the subdivision is to expand <br /> the existing substation as Cass County Electric requires additional <br /> power for the area. <br /> The Planning Commission is recommending approval of the new <br /> proposed plat. Rich Township has indicated the plat has met their <br /> zoning requirement.
