BOX 9543 FARGO, ND 58106 DATE: April 29, 2014 OFFICE - 701-282-5954 FAX - 701-282-0276 Proposal Submitted To: Work to be Performed at: Terry Schmaltz 25th Street to Jail Cass County j I Ernst Trenching, Inc. hereby proposes to furnish the labor and equipment necessary for the Completion of the following: Ernst Trenching, Inc. will bore and place 1 — 1 '/" inner-duct from 25th Street and 5th Ave. South to existing HH located on the North side of S & S Landscaping. From that HH we will pull the 24 ct. single mode cable through existing duct to the CC Jail on 34th street and through the new duct to 25th Street. We plan to enter the City H I from the West to avoid having to remove concrete or asphalt. We will have to remove some asphalt at the corner of S & S Landscaping and will patch. Price includes fiber splicing four strands of glass at the Jail and HH at 25th Street and terminating the rest of fibers at the Jail. Price also includes splice case at City HI-I. Cass County will supply materials required at the Jail. At this time, I have not received the information from the City which Tony was going to send over. If something is different from my understanding when Tony sends that information, the price may adjust accordingly. Total price for the 25th Street Project to the Jail is$25,980.00. Ernst Trenching, Inc. will guarantee tha the above work will be performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications submitt d for above work and completed in a substantial workmanlike manner.
