Authorization Application approved and signed by an authorized representative of Cass County <br /> Vector Control. <br /> 2. Add/update new contacts and phone numbers to your existing contact list. <br /> 3. Add/update changes to your proposed spray area and any vertical obstructions over 150 feet high. <br /> 4.
