The plat is located in Wheatland Township, <br />Section 27. The intended use of the subdivision is to replat Lots 2 and 3 of <br />Kepler Subdivisions to create 6 lots, 5 of these being for residential <br />development and the final lot as open space. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is recommending approval of the new proposed <br />plat. Wheatland Township has indicated the plat has met their zoning <br />requirement. Therefore, the Planning Commission recommendation is <br />being forwarded to the County Commission Board for action. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: I move that the Cass County Board of <br />Commissioners grant Final Plat approval for South Fork Subdivision, <br />Section 27, Township 140N, Range 53W in Cass County, North Dakota. <br /> <br />J:\Admin-Eng\Commission Corrsp\2004 Correspondence\Consent Memo South Fork Subd 090704.doc <br />
