Department Head Minutes—March 26, 2014 2 <br /> Cloud as well as using SkyDrive. Training will be provided on using video conferencing <br /> and the SkyDrive. Training will be targeted to each department individually. <br /> 0 HOURS OF WORK AND OVERTIME/ COMPENSATORY TIME POLICY <br /> Mr. Berndt said the current overtime/compensatory policy states an employee must <br /> physically work 40 hours to be eligible for overtime premium pay. The current policy is <br /> unclear regarding overtime pay for an employee who uses sick or annual leave during the <br /> week the overtime was worked. It was the consensus of the group that the current policy <br /> remain the same with the addition of some clarifying language and examples. Mr. Berndt <br /> will also ensure the policy is in line with FLSA. <br /> 6. NEXT MEETING <br /> The next meeting of department heads will be held at 8:30 AM on Wednesday, April 30, <br /> 2014. <br /> 7.
