COMPLIANCE WITH PUBLIC RECORDS LAW County understands that,except for disclosures prohibited in this agreement, Vendor must disclose to the public upon request any records it receives from the County. County further understands that any records obtained or generated by County under this agreement, except for records that are defined confidential under this agreement, may be open to the public upon request under certain circumstances under the North Dakota Century Code§44-04-18 et. seq. County agrees to contact Vendor immediately upon receiving a request for information under the open records law and to comply with Vendor's instructions on how to respond to the request. 17. NONDISCRIMINATION—COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS County shall comply with all laws, rules and policies, including those relating to nondiscrimination, accessibility and civil rights. County shall timely the all required reports, make required payroll deductions, and timely pay all taxes and premiums owed, including sales and use taxes, unemployment compensation, and workers' compensation premiums. County also shall have and keep current at all times during the term of this agreement all licenses and permits required by law.
