Vendor to protect its rights under this section. Vendor must provide written approval of County's use <br /> of work product or materials for purposes outside the scope of this agreement. <br /> 16. COMPLIANCE WITH PUBLIC RECORDS LAW <br /> County understands that, except for disclosures prohibited in this agreement,Vendor must disclose to <br /> the public upon request any records it receives from the County. County further understands that any <br /> records obtained or generated by County under this agreement, except for records that are defined <br /> confidential under this agreement, may be open to the public upon request under certain <br /> circumstances under the North Dakota Century Code §44-04-18 et. seq. County agrees to contact <br /> Vendor immediately upon receiving a request for information under the open records law and to <br /> comply with Vendor's instructions on how to respond to the request. <br /> 17. NONDISCRIMINATION—COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS <br /> Vendor shall comply with all laws, rules and policies, including those relating to nondiscrimination, <br /> accessibility and civil rights.Vendor shall timely file all required reports, make required payroll <br /> deductions, and timely pay all taxes and premiums owed, including sales and use taxes, unemployment <br /> compensation, and workers' compensation premiums.
