The purpose of the <br /> subdivision is to add additional lands to an existing parcel, update <br /> an existing metes and bounds description, and dedicate a portion of <br /> the street to the public. <br /> The Planning Commission is recommending approval of the <br /> proposed subdivision and Gill Township has indicated the <br /> subdivision has net their requirements.
