JABG Grant Funds amount to$ 11,853.00 for 2014 and <br /> includes from awards from the City of Fargo,City of West Fargo, Traill County, Grand Forks County,and <br /> Richland County, which our coalition also oversees. A 10%match ($1317.00) is required,which brings <br /> the total amount to be allocated to$13,170.00. Matching funds for this grant was included in our <br /> budget for 2014. <br /> The Coalition was created several years ago by the Cass County Commission and will utilize the funds to <br /> continue to support Youth Court for juvenile offenders and a Theft Awareness and Prevention Program <br /> (TAP). Cass County has received grant funds under;the Juvenile Accountability Block Grant Program for <br /> a number of years. <br /> Suggested Motion: <br /> Move to authorize the chair to sign the Application Documents for the JABG funds <br /> submitted by the Cass County Sheriff's Office on behalf of the Cass County Juvenile Crime Enforcement <br /> Coalition for 2014. <br /> Should you have any questions, please contact our office. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Captain Michele D.
