Government and Red River Valley Fair Association for the <br /> Design and Construction Multi-Use Path on Cass Highway 28 from Main Ave to 13th <br /> Engineer Ave <br /> After the December 16th Commission Meeting, I identified an omission in <br /> the Memorandum of Agreement. In my discussions with Brian Schultz of <br /> the Red River Valley Fair, we had agreed that there could be a cap on the <br /> RRVF's cost share. This was due to the fact the RRVF would be donating <br /> the land for the Right of Way along the east side of Cass Highway 28.
