Receive monthly financial statement from the Auditor's Office for the month ended November 30, 2013. c. Receive and file Indemnity Bond on Lost Instrument for Carolyn Corwin; and authorize the county auditor and county treasurer to issue a duplicate check. d. Approve a special event permit for the West Fargo Speedway Steakhouse and Event Center to serve alcoholic beverages on December 27, 2013, during the hours of 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM for a wedding reception to be held at Bonanzaville, U.S.A. in West Fargo, North Dakota; and approve a special event permit for the Red Baron Lounge and Pizza Pub to serve alcoholic beverages on January 18, 2014, for the Cass County Wildlife Club game and feed annual fundraiser between the hours of 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM at the Red River Valley Fairgrounds in West Fargo, North Dakota. e. Approve a raffle permit for Cass County 4-H to be held March 16, 2014, at the Red River Valley Fairgrounds in West Fargo, North Dakota. f. Authorize the chairman to sign a purchase order in the amount of $14,860.00 with Smith Motors for a 2011 Dodge Dakota pickup truck for Vector Control. g. Authorize the chairman to sign purchase orders for the Road Department in the amount of $155,809.70 with Titan Machinery for a wheel loader; in the amount of $257,833.00 with Northern Plains Equipment for three tractors; in the amount of $26,746.00 with Nelson Auto center for one Ram 1500 pickup truck; in the amount of $52,246.00 with Hatton Ford, Inc. for two Ford F250 pickup trucks; and in the amount of $93,375.00 with Grant's Mechanical to replace the cooling system at the Highway Department in West Fargo. h. Authorize the county auditor to transfer funds from the Emergency and Flood Mitigation Fund to the Flood Buyout Fund for home buyout expenses. i. Contract approval - Flood lot lease renewals for 2014; - Village Business Institute—Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for 2014; - Community Living Services, Fargo Cass Public Health, Sanford Home Care, Spectrum Home Care Fargo, Tami's Angels—homemaker and home health aide services for low income individuals for 2014; - North Dakota Department of Emergency Services—grant award in the amount of $37,089.60 from the State Homeland Security Program to purchase a boat and associated equipment to be used by Valley Water Rescue (the grant does not require any matching county funds).
