Sealed Bids were opened on <br /> Design and Construction November 26, 2013. The attached sheet shows a summary of the bids <br /> Engineer received. Based on the summary, we are recommending that the <br /> Commission approve purchase of the Case 821F from Titan Machinery of <br /> Fargo, to include the following items: <br /> Scale system <br /> Automatic greasing system <br /> Trade allowance of existing loader <br /> 5 yr. buy back option <br /> We would also like to add a factory installed rear view camera. This item <br /> was not specified in the original bid, but feel that it would be an additional <br /> safety measure that would cover blind spots when backing the machine. <br /> This item would add $2,104.00 to bid price.
