QUIT CLAIM DEED <br /> THIS INDENTURE, Made this 18 day of November, 2013, between CASS COUNTY, Grantor, and <br /> COREY L. BERG, Grantee, whose post office address is 1706 HYDE STREET, WEST FARGO, <br /> NORTH DAKOTA 58078 -3806 <br /> WITNESSETH, For and in consideration of the sum of one and no /100 Dollars, grantors do hereby <br /> QUIT CLAIM to the grantee, all of the following real property lying and being in the County of Cass <br /> and the State of North Dakota, and described as follows, to -wit: <br /> Lot Five (5), in Block One (1), of Quam's Second Subdivision, being a part of the Northeast <br /> Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE'/), of Section Thirty -one (31), Township One <br /> Hundred Forty (140) North of Range Forty -nine (49) West, in Cass County, North Dakota, <br /> according to the certified plat thereof on file and of record in the Office of the Recorder in <br /> and for said county and state.
