The owners have executed the attached contract and <br /> Frank Klein submitted the required down payment. We also have received confirmation of <br /> 701- 241 -5616 property insurance with Cass County named as an additional insured and an <br /> authorization form for direct withdrawal of the monthly payments. <br /> This property has been a struggle for a long time because of high special assessments <br /> and for the first time, we are on a path that will assist both the homeowner and the <br /> county.
