Both contracts relate to the assignment <br /> Kara Schmitz Olson of counsel to indigent respondents involved in involuntary mental health <br /> Gary E. Euren proceedings. Aside from extending the term of the agreement to <br /> Kimberlee J. Hegvik cover 2014, and increasing the amount by 1% (Cass County COLA for <br /> Cherie L. Clark <br /> Tristan J. Van de Streek 2014), they are unchanged from last year. <br /> Ryan J. Younggren <br /> Renata J. Selzer Ottmar Ottmar, PC: This contract provides for a firm in <br /> Tanya Johnson Martinez Jamestown to consult with the respondents at the State Hospital <br /> to determine whether they wish to waive or contest a court hearing <br /> on the involuntary commitment petition.
