The draft <br />plan was prepared after lengthy input process from the FM Metro COG's <br />Transportation Technical Committee and through a series of public <br />meetings. <br /> <br />The Cass County Planning Commission was presented a draft of the plan <br />and voted to forward the draft plan to the County Commissioners on July <br />22, 2004.
