During the preliminary phase, KL&J will prepare the environmental documentation, and the Project Concept Report, in addition to our original scope of work. For the design phase, KL&J will design the selected structure alternative and prepare construction plans. It is anticipated that a multiple span concrete bridge will be the only design alternative.
