Soucy, P.E. <br /> Design acid Construction <br /> Engineer <br /> The Cass County Planning Commission reviewed the subject <br /> subdivision located in Raymond Township at a Public Hearing on <br /> August 22, 2013. The intended use of the subdivision is to plat 1 lot <br /> approximately 3 acres in size for residential development. <br /> The Planning Commission is recommending approval of the <br /> proposed plat as all criteria have been met and the proposal <br /> complies with the Subdivision Ordinance.
