<br />SWC Project No. 1751-06 <br />July 8, 2004 <br /> <br />AMENDMENT I <br />to the <br />Agreement for Cost Participation by the <br />North Dakota State Water Commission in the <br />Digital Aerial Survey Phase I and II Hydraulic <br />Analysis and Mapping Project <br /> <br />The intent of amendment I for the Digital Aerial Survey Phase I and II Hydraulic <br />Analysis and Mapping Project is to amend section "9. TERM" of the agreement, dated <br />July 30, 2002, between the North Dakota State Water Commission and the Cass County <br />Commission. This amendment I changes the contractual provisions of the agreement in <br />accordance with section "11. MERGER". <br /> <br />9. TERM.
